We would like to invite you to the CarDia Young Researchers´ Day, which will take place on Friday, September 5, 2025, as part of the EXCELES program (ID: LX22NPO5104).
The event will provide a platform for young scientists from partner institutions to present their latest results in the fields of cardiology, nephrology, metabolic diseases, and related biomedical disciplines.
Among the presenters will be, for example:
- Martin Haluzík (IKEM) – Opening remarks
- Klára Svojšová (1st Faculty of Medicine, Charles University) – Genetic variants of LAMA5 in hereditary kidney diseases
- Anna Bartošková (Masaryk University) – The effect of parental BMI and education on BMI development over time
- Veronika Strnadová (IOCB) – Lipidized prolactin-releasing peptide analogs: From structure to function in obesity treatment
- Kateryna Semenovykh (Institute of Physiology) – Tert deletion impairs circadian regulation of blood pressure in male spontaneously hypertensive rats
- and many other young scientists from IKEM, MUNI, the 1st Faculty of Medicine of Charles University, the Institute of Physiology, and IOCB.
The event will culminate in a closing ceremony with awards for the best presentations.
